审议了 依照第POPRC-7/6号决定收到的缔约方和观察员针对有关全氟辛烷磺酸、其盐类和全氟辛基磺酰氟及其相关化学品的替代品的指导文件 提出的评论意见，
1. 决定 设立一个特设工作组，负责根据各缔约方和观察员提交的评论意见以及工作组得到的任何其他资料，修订上述指导文件，并依照本决定附件所载工作计划开展工作；
