1．按照《公约》第8条第 4 款(a)项决定，它认定按照本决定附件一所载的评估结果， PentaBDE已达到筛选标准；
2．按照 《公约》第8条第6款和斯德哥尔摩公约缔约方大会第POPRC-1/7 号决定第29段 进一步决定 设立一个特设工作组，负责按照《公约》附件E进一步审查该提案并编写风险简介草案；
