These Measures are formulated to regulate the management of cybersecurity classified protection in the electric power industry, and maintain national security, social stability, and public interests.
The National Energy Administration shall organize the formulation of cybersecurity classified protection management specifications and technical standards applicable to the power industry, and provide guidance, supervision and management on the implementation of the cybersecurity classified protection work. According to the authorization of the National Energy Administration, the agencies dispatched by the National Energy Administration shall supervise and manage the implementation of the cybersecurity classified protection work of electric power enterprises in their jurisdictions.
