This Decree, consisting of six articles, in compliance with article 8.3 of the Water Act and the article 22 of the Soil Removal Act, defines roles and responsibilities of supervisors in water and soil management activities. Particularly, the Decree focuses on supervision of water permits, issued by the Water authority according to article 6.17 of Water Act; and on the extension of supervisors competence to the regional waters and the related storage areas, flood defence systems and supporting structures.
