This Decree, implementing the provisions of Animals Act of 2011 and the European Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2002/32/EC on undesirable substances in animal feed, concerns all substances and products, with the exception of pathogens, that are present in a product intended for animal feed and that pose a potential hazard to human or animal health or to the environment, or that adversely affect animal production. The Decree also concerns: daily feed ration; mixtures of feed materials; products intended for animal feed; feed additives; maximum content of undesirable substances and products; investigation on levels of undesirable substances; update or new assessment of existing data on undesirable substance, in order to protect human health and the environment.
