This Decree, implementing provisions of some Acts, provides for defining rules on electronic publication of general announcements, notices and notifications. The Decree concerns: integrity of deliberation and safeguards of information; publication of information at the specific internet addresses; promulgation sheet; necessary measures to guarantee the reliability and security of the electronic publication and the availability of the publications; business content in notice; publication of rules or technical standards; availability of consolidated texts.
