This Regulation establishes the functions and competences of the Danish Fisheries Agency. The Agency is part of the Ministry of Environment and Food, and has as primary function to implement the Ministry's food business policy in fisheries. The Regulation also lays down rules for filing complaints against the Agency's decisions.
