This Law, consisting of 9 articles, establishes the Basic Law on Pesticides. It establishes the regulation for trading in fertilizers and contains a definition relating to the various terms therein employed. Only fertilizers which do not pollute the soil or endanger human health are allowed. It establishes identification and labelling requirements and procedures for examination of samples, as well cases in which the confiscation of fertilizers may take place.
