This Order, in accordance with the provisions of the section 146 of the Public Health Act, here sets the classification of potentially dangerous diseases (possible for human and animal subjects) that are subject to the necessary notification to the designated authorities.

The infectious diseases listed in the Schedule to this Order are notifiable diseases for the purposes of the rules stipulated in the Part IV of the Public Health Act (list of diseases under the terms of this Order, from the Schedule: Acute encephalitis; Acute infectious hepatitis; Acute meningitis; Acute poliomyelitis; Anthrax; Botulism; Brucellosis; Cholera; Diphtheria; Enteric fever (typhoid or paratyphoid fever); Food poisoning; Haemolytic uraemic syndrome (HUS); Infectious bloody diarrhea; Invasive group A streptococcal disease; Legionnaires disease; Leprosy; Malaria; Measles; Meningitis (bacterial); Meningococcal septicaemia; Mumps; Plague; Rabies; Rubella; Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS); Scarlet fever; Smallpox; Tetanus; Tuberculosis; Typhus; Viral haemorrhagic fever (VHF); Whooping cough; and Yellow Fever).
