This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 40 articles and 19 Annexes, establishes conditions for the implementation of agro-environmental-climatic measures, following the directly applicable regulations of the European Union and in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. Agro-environmental-climatic measures are made up of the following sub-measures: (a) weeding of arable land; (b) treatment of extensive grasslands; (c) cultivation of catch crops; (e) bio belts; (f) protection of the crested lark; (g) species-rich coverage of arable land; (h) integrated fruit production; (i) integrated production of vines; (j) integrated production of vegetables, perennial crops, strawberries and potatoes.
