This Government Ordinance, which is composed of nine articles, establishes the conditions for the implementation of Natura 2000 measures on agricultural land, following the directly applicable regulations of the European Union and in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. The Natura 2000 areas for which the subsidy is provided are: (a) bird areas located in the territory of national parks or the first zone of protected landscape areas; (b) European important localities included in the national list located in the territory of national parks or the first zone of protected landscape areas; (c) areas with other environmental restrictions which are territories of national parks or the first zone of protected landscape areas which are not located on the territory of a bird area or a site of European significance.
