This Presidential Decree sets up Development Fund of the Inspectorate for Control over the Agro-Industrial Complex under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Services in the Agro-Industrial Complex" at the Inspectorate for Control over Agro-Industrial Complex under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Inspectorate shall perform the following tasks: (a) to control the status of compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of agriculture and water management; (b) compliance with the requirements of separate processing and grain crops; (c) state-owned storage of seeds; (d) procurement and storage of cotton seeds; (e) formation of the stocks of agricultural commodities and food products in the volumes in accordance with the systematic implementation of the state order; (f) implementation of the state policy in the field of genetic purity of varieties and quality of seeds of agricultural crop and quality control of seeds and planting material; (g) mandatory state inspection of the quality of cereals, raw cotton, seeds of agricultural crops and products of their processing during export-import and in-country transportation; (h) implementation of a set of measures to identify violations and take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to them; and (i) conducting proceedings in cases of administrative violations in the manner prescribed by law.
