This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten paragraphs and two Annexes, lays down minimum requirements to be met by the center concerning care of animals kept in the center including obtained wild animals and transport of wild animals. Such center is protected from the access of third parties, access of other animals and the escape of animals kept in it. The surfaces of walls and floors in the center are made of materials resistant to severe mechanical damage caused by animals and cleaning agents, harmless to health of animals and not causing injuries to animals. Equipment and devices in the center are protected in a way preventing their damage and injury of animals. Furthermore the Regulation provides requirements for rooms where animals are kept, and for boxes, pens, cages, terrariums and aquariums.
