Regulation No. 480 on Biocides (Biocide Regulation).

The present Regulation implements in Norway a series of EU/EEA legal acts concerning biocidal products. It further lays down national rules concerning labelling and packaging of biocidal products; obligatory registration in the product registry; and national fees and charges. The Norwegian Environment Agency is the competent authority under the legal acts referred to in this regulation and makes decisions under the EU Biocidal Products Regulation.
