This Regulation prescribes the manner of monitoring and reporting on the occurrence of animal diseases; obligations of animal owners, veterinarians, authorized veterinarians, veterinary inspectors, official and reference laboratories when reporting or deregistering animal diseases or performing related notification procedures of certain diseases to the European Commission.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the list of diseases of animals which must be reported to the administration; list of diseases required to be reported by the management to the European Commission; and list of information to be provided by the administration to the European commission when reporting animal diseases).
