This Act amends the Act concerning Experiments on Animals related to the implementation of Directive 2010/63/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes. It stipulates that animal experiments that where approved previously may only continue if the central committee on animal testing has granted a planning permission for the project of which the experiment forms part.
