This Act partly amends the Environment Protection Act, Hunting Act and other Acts with regards to the implementation of EU directives. It includes a list of plant and animal species subject to conservation measures.
Annex 1 - List of Danish species of animals (except mammals) which may be subject to conservation measures in accordance with article 30, section 2.
Annex 2 - List of Danish animal and plant species (except fish, crustaceans and mammals) which capture is in compliance with conservation effors.
Annex 3 - List of Danish plant species protected as of article 50, section 3.
Annex 4 - Mammals (see article 9a, section 1).
Annex 5 - Mammals (see article 9a, section 2).
