The purpose of this Act is, in accordance with the legislation of the European Communities, to achieve a high level of protection of the environment as a whole, to provide for integrated implementation of the public administration in permitting the operation of installations and to create and operate an integrated pollution register.
An Act on integrated pollution prevention and control, on the integrated pollution register and on amendment to some laws (the Act on integrated prevention).
