The Ministry of Environment creates a Board of Directors formed by expert board members, organisations and associations. Its purpose is to provide definitions of administrative decisions within Nature and Environment legislation. The Board is composed by a chairman and one or more permanent substitutes for him/her, 7 appointed expert members appointed by the parliament, and 2 members appointed by the Supreme Court. Chapter 4a: If appeal cases contain several objections, the Board may limit its review. The Minister may lay down rules on appeals submitted to the Natural and Environmental Appeals Board, including requirements for contents and form (electronic). The Board shall, in exceptional cases, justify the Board's considerations in dealing with these appeals. The Board shall also advise authoritis on instances on how cases are addressed. Fees for legal administration are specified under article 18.
