This Act establishes the Environmental and Food Appeals Board, which shall be the authority for appeals against administrative decisions, to the extent provided for in other legislation. The Act contains 95 articles organised in the following chapters: 1. Scope of application; 2. the Board; 3. The Chairman's authority and the decision-making process of the Board; 4. Review by the Board; 5. Administrative provisions, etc.; 6. Complaint, lawsuit, and fees; 7. Digital communication and mandatory digital self-service for filing complaints, complaint deadlines, etc.; 8. Penalties, etc.; 9. Effectiveness and consequential amendments in other legislation, etc.; 10. The territorial scope of the law.
