These Regulations amend the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 in relation with the Northern Ireland Poultry Health Assurance Scheme, which is implemented by the Department in order to ensure compliance with the rules set out in Annex II to Council Directive 90/539/EEC.
