The present Law implements the Federal Fisheries Act of 21 June 1991 and the Cantonal Law on fisheries of 10 May 1965. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Fisheries Act and the Cantonal Law on fisheries.
