These Regulations, as respects Great Britain, implement EC Counsel and Commission Directives relative to classification, packaging and labelling of substances dangerous for supply, being a substance listed in Part I of the approved supply list; or any other substance which is in one or more of the categories of danger specified in column 1 of Schedule 1.
