The Annex to Directive 2002/95/EC concerning the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment is amended as set out in the Annex attached to the present Decision. In particular, the title is replaced by the following: Applications of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) which are exempted from the requirements of article 4(1) . Points 9a and 9b are added.
