This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 on maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs. Firstly, they amend article 9, paragraph 3, which refers to the duty of Member States to report to the Commission findings on aflatoxins, dioxins, dioxin-like PCBs, non-dioxin-like PCBs and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Secondly, the Annex is amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
