Decree to amend the Decree relative to meat, minced meat and meat products made under the Commodities Act.

This Decree amends the principal Decree so as to implement in its final form Council Directive 94/65/EC laying down the requirements for the production and placing on the market of minced meat and meat products. Article 2, here renewed, prohibits the preparation of or placing on the market of specified meat and meat products that do not comply with requirements regarding their composition laid down by the present Decree. Added is a prohibition to trade unpacked meat other than in retailing.
