This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends the Decree implementing the Feedstuffs Act as regards: (i) conditions for producing and transporting additive substances, protein feedstuffs, premixes, complete and supplementary feedstuffs; (ii) requirements to be met by holdings where the substances above-mentioned are produced; (iii) registration and keeping of records on the substances above-mentioned.
