This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree laying down details on plant protection products. In particular the present Decree establishes: new model of request for authorization of plant protection products, mutual recognition of authorizations, extension of authorization for a minor use, renewal of the authorization, amendment of the authorization, the transfer authorization, assessment of equivalence of the active substance, safener or synergist, repackaging of plant protection products (Annex 1); content of the application for authorization of plant protection products (Annex 2); new model of application for use of plant protection products for research and development (Annex 3); conditions and restrictions on the use of plant protection products for research and development (supplemented Annex 3a).
