This Decree of the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on the method of assessment of the status of surface water bodies, method of assessing the ecological potential of heavily modified and artificial bodies of surface water and the details on the program of the assessment of surface water. In particular the present Decree establishes standards for the monitoring of quality indicators for the classification of the ecological status of surface water bodies and ecological potential of heavily influenced or artificial bodies of surface water. These standards are specified in the supplemented Annex 12 to the amended Decree.
