This Decree carries into effect articles 1, 2 and 3 Act of the Kingdom delegating the authority to establish a Fishery Zone by establishing a fishery zone in the North Sea which has its inward limit in the baseline of the territorial sea. The outward limit of the zone shall be the same that delimits the part of the Netherlands of the continental shelf under the North Sea. The Kingdom shall exercise jurisdiction in respect to matters regarding fisheries in the zone in accordance with limits established by international law.
