In compliance with article 18 of the Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products and pursuant to relevant European Community legislation, this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down provisions concerning the production of natural sweeteners (Sec. 1), honey (Sec. 2), candies (Sec. 3), cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar (Sec. 4), chocolate and chocolate pralines (Sec. 5). The Decree further sets out quality and labelling requirements as well as marketing conditions.
