This Directive makes provision in matter of production and placing on the market of the cocoa and chocolate products referred to and described with detail in Annex I. The latter concerns namely the sales names, definitions and characteristics of the products (such as cocoa butter, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, milk chocolate).
