Decree implementing the Act on cultivation of genetically modified plants in agricultural products.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, sets out details on (i) technical measures concerning the cultivation of genetically modified plants, (ii) a specialized plan of cultivation of genetically modified plants, (iii) minimum distances among cultivations.
