This Decree of the Czech Mining Office, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) details of the report on the overall evaluation of storage space and its requirements; (b) methods of calculating the reserve funds for activities related to the management of extractive waste; (c) terms and contents of the emergency plan of storage space and the principles of prevention of major accidents. The Annex defines the formula for calculating the amount of annual creation of reserve funds for individual years of the operation of storage space.
