This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of seven articles, deals with the information system on water rights and specifies the data that must be contained in its records. It also regulates the transmission of data from global water management records to the information system of public administration. Authorities dealing with water rights must keep records of water rights in paper and electronic form, as specified in the Decree.
