This Decree-Law, composed of two articles and one Annex, introduces in the national system Europan Community Directive No. 2004/61/EEC, fixing maximum levels for certain pesticide residues in cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin. The Annex amends Annex II of Decree-Law No. 51/2004 of 10 March 2005, containing the reference values for maximum pesticide residues.
