The Cabinet of Ministers, with a view of further regularization and simplification of the procedures for issuance of permits by the State Veterinary Service, decrees to validate the Regulation on the procedure for issuing a veterinary and sanitary certificate on the compliance of a specialized slaughterhouse with veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations in accordance with Annex 1; Regulation on the procedure for issuing a veterinary and sanitary certificate on the compliance of the subject's activity in the production, storage and trade of animal products and raw materials with veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations in accordance with Annex 2; Regulation on the procedure for registration and issuance of a registration certificate for domestic and imported veterinary medicinal products and feed additives in accordance with Annex 3; Regulations on the procedure for issuing permits for the exportation, import and transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of commodities controlled by the State Veterinary Service in accordance with Annex 4. Regulation on the procedure for issuing a veterinary and sanitary certificate on the compliance of the subject's activity in the production, storage and trade of animal products and raw materials with veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations shall be issued for five years in case of compliance of the applicant with the following terms and conditions: (a) compliance with veterinary and sanitary rules; (b) compliance with prescriptions of veterinary inspectors; (c) availability of specialized slaughterhouse; and (d) performance of diagnostic arrangements for identification of sources of animal diseases. Regulation on the procedure for issuing a veterinary and sanitary certificate on the compliance of the subject's activity in the production, storage and trade of animal products and raw materials with veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations shall be issued for five years in case of compliance of the applicant with the following terms and conditions: (a) meeting veterinary rules and regulations; and (b) keeping facilities and premises for production, storage and trade of products and raw materials of animal origin in compliance with hygienic, veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations. Regulation on the procedure for registration and issuance of a registration certificate for domestic and imported veterinary medicinal products and feed additives shall be issued for five years in case of compliance of the applicant with the following terms and conditions: (a) compliance with veterinary legislative requirements, technical rules and regulations; (b) notice by the holder of registration certificate submitted to the competent authority; and (c) manufacturing of veterinary drugs and animal feed additives on the national territory ensuring biological safety. Regulations on the procedure for issuing permits for the exportation, import and transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of commodities controlled by the State Veterinary Service specifies that the aforesaid permit shall be issued for one calendar year, shall be applicable to veterinary drugs and animal feed additives on condition of their registration in the Republic of Uzbekistan and availability of respective licenses issued by the State Veterinary Committee.
