This Decree assigns duties of monitoring of zoonosis and zoonotic agents to public bodies such as the State Agricultural Office, the Food Agency and the State Veterinary Drugs Office. The definitions used in this Decree shall have the same meaning as in Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and zoonosis, zoonotic agents shall have the meaning as assigned to them by article 1.
