Amendments are made the principal Decree so as to include high-risk material treatment facilities in the definition of "enterprise", to prohibit slaughterhouses on treatment facilities (art. 2), to define further criteria high-risk treatment facilities shall meet (arts. 9, 12, 13 and 16), to provide further for the storage of infected material (art. 27), identification of destruction material (new article 17A), and various issues relative to processing of destruction material.
