This Decree regulates the information system to be applied in order to implement article 3, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 11 May 1999, which sets forth the duties of the Regions and of the Autonomous Provinces (Trento and Bolzano) to report to the National Agency for the Protection of the Environment (ANPA) as regards water quality conditions. The ANPA shall thereafter transmit the information and data received to the Ministry of the Environment which shall subsequently inform the
