This Directive concerns coffee extracts and chicory extracts as defined in the Annex, which fixes the coffee-based dry matter content as well as the chicory-based dry matter content. In accordance with article 2, the provisions laid down in Directive 79/112/EEC (now replaced by Directive 2000/13/EC in matter of labelling) shall apply to these products provided that the conditions hereby established are fulfilled.
