This Act amends environment protection legislation in relation to a variety of matters including; offences and penalties and introduction of a fuels register (Air Pollution Act 1987); reviews of licences or revised licences (Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992); fixed payment notices, conditions of licence, review of waste collection permit, transfer of a waste collection permit, and Regulations for the purposes of the principle that the costs of that management shall be borne by the original waste producer or by the current or previous waste holders (Waste Management Act 1996); registration with Irish Water by customers (Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013; payment of charge on sale of property, the establishment and maintenance of a database of water services provided to dwellings.
