These Regulations amend the European Communities (Additives, Colours and Sweeteners in Foodstuffs) Regulations 2000 so as to implement Commission Directive 2006/33/EC amending Directive 95/45/EC as regards sunset yellow FCF (E 110) and titanium dioxide (E 171).
