These Regulations amend the European Communities (Additives, Colours and Sweeteners in Foodstuffs) Regulations 2000 so as to give effect to Directive 2003/115/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council amending European Parliament and Council Directive 94/35/EC on sweeteners for use in foodstuffs. Some provisions regarding labelling are amended.
