These Regulations amend the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) Regulations 2004 so as to give effect to Commission Directive 2010/1/EU amending Annexes II, III and IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
