These Regulations amend European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) Regulations 2004 so as to provide for the implementation in Ireland of Commission Directive 2008/109/EC amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
