These Regulations implement Council Directive 93/120/EEC amending Council Directive 90/539/EEC on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in and imports from third countries of poultry and hatching eggs. Regulation 4 is amended by redefining conditions for the exportation of poultry or hatching eggs and exportation poultry or hatching eggs comprising fewer than 20 units.
