This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on animal welfare (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 14/2008).
Important changes are regarding the general definitions and denominations; classification of terms; various changes to the offences and necessary penalties; and issues defining the terms of mandatory reporting to the competent bodies of the European Union (article 55b).
