Law No. 3054 regulating the petroleum market and other provisions.

Aim of this Law is the regulation of matters concerning national petrol policy. Bestowal of services and each activity relating with the refinement, licensing, marketing, transport and storage of crude petroleum and petroleum products shall be under the provisions of this Law.
