The present Ordinance implements the Act on the marketing of milk, milk products and fats. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of a fee from owners of dairies for the delivered quantity of raw milk. Raw milk is milk which has not been heated at 40 C before being delivered. The text consists of 7 articles.
